Key Duties and Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, sales, or appointment scheduling.

Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

Resolve customer complaints and problems efficiently and politely.

Process orders, applications, payments, and service requests.

Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.

Follow company scripts, guidelines, and data protection policies.

Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams when needed.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (KPIs).

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
