The weather during the Langtang Valley Trek depends on the season. In spring (March to May), the weather is warm and clear, with blooming rhododendrons and good mountain views. In autumn (September to November), the skies are clear, the days are sunny, and the views are at their best. Winter (December to February) is very cold, with snow in higher areas, but the trails are quiet. Summer or monsoon (June to August) brings heavy rain, muddy paths, and clouds, so it is not the best time for trekking.
