ORU Social is a business-focused social networking and digital commerce platform owned and
operated by ONLINE RICHES UNLEASHED (PTY) LTD. These Social Media Terms and
Conditions govern all user interactions, content creation, communications, transactions, and
monetisation activities conducted on ORU Social. By accessing or using the platform, users agree
to comply with these Terms.
2. Nature of the Platform
ORU Social functions as a social media platform similar in nature to Facebook, LinkedIn,
Instagram, and X, but is specifically designed for businesses, professionals, institutions, and
communities. The platform enables social interaction, business promotion, advertising, selling,
learning, crowdfunding, and financial transactions.
3. User Accounts & Conduct
Users must provide accurate information and maintain secure login credentials. Users agree not to
post misleading, harmful, illegal, defamatory, abusive, or infringing content. ONLINE RICHES
UNLEASHED (PTY) LTD reserves the right to moderate, remove content, or suspend accounts.
4. Content Ownership & Social Media Rights
Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant ORU Social a worldwide, royalty-free
license to host, display, promote, distribute, and monetise such content within the platform and
across marketing channels.
5. Advertising & Sponsored Content
ORU Social generates revenue through sponsored advertising including Text Ads, Image Ads,
Video Ads, Featured Ads, and Custom Campaigns. Advertising operates primarily on a
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) model. All advertising fees are non-refundable.
6. Premium Membership
ORU Social offers Premium Membership subscriptions priced at USD $500 per year. Premium
Membership provides enhanced profile visibility, marketplace storefront access, blog publishing,
crowdfunding participation, sponsored advertising credits, and exclusive platform tools.
7. Marketplace & Transaction Fees
ORU Social enables buying and selling through its marketplace and storefronts. A 5% transaction
fee is charged on all completed sales. ORU Social is not a party to transactions between users and
bears no liability for disputes.

8. Courses, Digital Content & Learning
The platform hosts paid courses, certifications, and digital learning content starting from USD $50
and above. Pricing varies based on content type and value. ORU Social may earn commissions or
service fees.
9. Crowdfunding, Tips, Donations & Gifts
Users may raise funds, receive tips, donations, or gifts in any amount. ORU Social may charge
platform or transaction fees where applicable and does not guarantee fundraising outcomes.
10. Wallet, Payments & Crypto Integration
ORU Social provides a digital wallet and blockchain integration, including the ORUMOON token.
Transaction, service, and conversion fees may apply. Users acknowledge risks associated with
digital and crypto assets.
11. Telehealth Visibility Disclaimer
ORU Social provides visibility and connection to healthcare practitioners and institutions. The
platform does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for healthcare outcomes.
12. Data Protection & Privacy
User data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including POPIA. Users
consent to data processing required for platform functionality and monetisation.
13. Termination & Enforcement
ONLINE RICHES UNLEASHED (PTY) LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for
violations of these Terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an 'as-is' basis. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by
