Israel's "most wanted gang commander" Arrested in Johannesburg

During an operation by the South African Police Service and Interpol in Bryanston, Johannesburg, a man identified as Israel's "most wanted gang commander" was apprehended.

According to police spokesman Colonel Athlenda Mathe, the 46-year-old man is thought to be associated with the Abergil Organization, an Israeli criminal organization that has been related to narcotics trafficking, extortion, and other illegal acts.

He has been wanted in Israel for murder plot and attempted murder since 2015, according to Interpol's Red Notice.
